Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings, weather, late arrivals, force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify jipanditji in writing at help@jipanditji.com.
Once jipanditji receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

• 50% refund on cancellations between 21 and 45 days prior to departure.
• 30% refund on cancellations between 15 and 20 days prior to departure.
• 20% refund on cancellations between 11 and 14 days prior to departure.
• No refund for cancellations within 10 days of departure or in case of Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.
All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
